Hey, remember way back when practically all bean bags were made with Polystyrene "beans"? This made the bean bags uncomfortable and noisy with an unnatural appearance, but today is a new day and I have discovered a great company called Corda-Roy’s and they make the most comfortable bean bag chairs I have ever sat upon. These bean bag chairs are not like ordinary bean bags, they are uniquely different, because they are foam filled with a bed inside of them! Yes, that is right; the bean bag actually converts into a bed, which is unlike anything I have ever seen before.
Corda-Roy’s Originals has been in business since 1998 and they are the only company that makes foam filled bean bags that convert into beds with a lifetime warranty.
I was given a Corda-Roy’s Queen sized Bean Bag Chair and I feel so blessed to own one now. The comfort and style of the chair is unparalleled and the foam filled chair/bed contents fit perfectly inside of a well made, double stitched cover that is available in many stylish colors. My bean bag chair cover is in the color of Khaki, which looks perfect in my home. Even though I know that Corda-Roy’s has many solid and patterned colors to choose from, in my opinion, Khaki is a perfect neutral color that looks great with a variety of home decors. The bean bag chairs also come in a variety of sizes, such as Full, King, Queen, Kids 2- Seater, and Sofas.
The chair was delivered to me in a box with clear instructions on the box which stated that it would take around 24 hours for the bean bag chair to fully expand into its full shape after removal from the box, but after I found the best spot in one of the rooms in my home to place it in, the bean bag quickly expanded and it seemed to take less than 24 hours for it to fully expand.
When I first sat upon the bean bag chair, I noticed that it did not feel like the traditional bean bags that I used to sit on years ago; instead it felt amazingly comfortable and supportive.
The filling of the bean bag is made with Polyurethane Foam and this is the same material that is used in most sofa cushions. The inner liner is sturdy and made of cotton/poly with zippers that hold the bed securely inside. The covers are made of sturdy double stitched seamed cotton corduroy material and when used as a chair it is super comfy to sit on. When the bean bag is converted into a bed, it can sleep 1-2 people quite comfortably.
To convert the Corda-Roy’s Bean Bag Chair into a bed, just unzip the cover, take the bed out, flip it over once or twice, and voila! There you have it, your own instant, comfy, cozy bed to sleep on! Those “blow-up” beds that require the use of an air pump cannot compare. I know, because I used to use inflatable beds, and to tell you the truth, I did not like inflating/deflating them every day. It was inconvenient, time consuming, and not as comfortable as my Corda-Roy’s Bean Bag.
When you do not want to use the bean bag chair as a bed anymore, it is easy to convert it back into a chair. Simply unzip the cover and place bed insert inside, zip it up, and fluff. If the cover of the bean bag gets dirty, just throw it in the washing machine and it will be good as new.
I also like that Corda-Roy’s Bean Bags come with a lifetime guarantee. This shows that the company has integrity and stands behind the quality of their products. Beanbag companies and beanbags come and go, but Corda-Roy's is a solid company that has been in business for 14 years, offering impeccable customer service with a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a lifetime warranty, and is the only company selling high quality beanbags that convert into beds.
I am really enjoying my Corda-Roy’s Bean Bag Chair. In fact, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about it. I give the chair a 10 star rating, I love it!
