I was given the wonderful opportunity to have this fireplace in my home and I have been so thrilled with it that I just have to share my experience. I have always wanted a fireplace to warm up by, but because I live in an apartment, I have not had the pleasure of owning one until now.

I have placed it in a corner of my living room and it keeps the area very warm, toasty, and adds charm, warmth, and beauty to the entire room. I was very impressed with the realistic logs and flames, because they look so real, unlike other electric fireplaces that I have seen on the market today that are much more expensive. I was also excited to discover that the heat that this fireplace puts out traveled from my living room to other areas of my apartment. It actually warms up my place more than my regular apartment wall heater does.

The fireplace was not shipped to me and I did have to pick it up from my local Lowe's store. I had to bring the fireplace to my second story apartment up many stairs and probably should have asked for a man's help, because my daughter and I had to bring it up slowly one stair at a time and it was not easy, which could be because the fireplace comes fully assembled in a box and its weight within the box is 79 lbs. If you live on the first floor of a building, it should only take one person to pick up the fireplace and bring it into your place. I do suggest that if you pick the fireplace up from a store and you live on the upper level of an apartment or house, you should have an extra set of hands or a dolly to help bring the fireplace up the stairs.

I was so glad when my daughter and I got the fireplace up the stairs and unpacked it. We just took it out of the box, plugged it into the wall, and experienced instant, warm heat.

The Style Selections 23" Transitional All-in-One Electric Fireplace is very well made, sturdy, comes in an antique walnut color finish, plugs into a standard electric outlet, requires no venting, has beautiful background lighting, realistic flames, it can be used with or without heat, and has a realistic adjustable flame. It also comes w ith a touch-up pen to hide any nicks or dents that may appear during the years of using the fireplace.

The fireplace is 31.75 inches wide, 12.5 inches in depth, and 25.75 inches high. The fireplace has an adjustable thermostat, is 1350 watts, has flame light and speed control, five heat levels, heats an area up to 400 square feet, is CSC Safety Listed, and comes with a one year warranty.

Another special feature that sets this fireplace apart from so many others is that it stands on four small rollers, so that you can move it from room to room with ease. The rollers are hardly visible and make mobility and transportability of the fireplace an easy task.

The fireplace does not come with a remote control, but that is fine with me, because the fireplace is inexpensive, is not too big neither is it too small, works wonderfully, and it looks beautiful.

I also like the color finish of the fireplace, which is antique walnut, because it has a rich, warm appearance and matches perfectly with the décor of my home. I have used the Style Selections 23" Transitional All-in-One Electric Fireplace almost every day now and I love the warmth, look, and the ambiance that it provides. If I were to give this fireplace a star rating it would be a ten.

If you have been looking for an inexpensive electric fireplace that will provide soothing warmth on cold days, has an adjustable thermostat, is easily portable, and has realistic flames, then I highly recommend the Style Selections 23" Transitional All-in-One Electric Fireplace.
